TALK TO ALBA — DEMO USER LICENCE
1. Parties

2. Background
TTA provides AI tools for clinical psychology including AI clinical interview (AICI), transcription (AIT), assessment (AIA), conference (AIC), and CBT (AICBT).
3. Licence
TTA grants the Demo Partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access. The demo account may only be used with anonymised or fully de-identified data. No personally identifiable patient data may be uploaded.
4. Contract period & payment
Valid from signing until terminated with one week's written notice. Free for the first month from credentials issuance. Payment method provided via Stripe is securely stored and not charged during the trial. After 30 days, the saved card is charged 49 EUR per month. Cancel before trial end to avoid any charge by replying to the welcome email or contacting admin@talktoalba.com.
5. Terms
Eligibility 18+. Account holder responsible for password confidentiality. Sensitive private data must be treated within GDPR. Cannot be used on patients in clinical settings. Governing law: Sweden. Contact: sverker@talktoalba.com.
TALK TO ALBA — RESEARCHER USER LICENCE
1. Parties

2. Licence
TTA may be used for research following a research plan approved between TTA and the Researcher. Contact sverker@talktoalba.com to have the plan approved before starting data collection. Collected data is collectively owned by both parties. The Researcher has authorship rights on main manuscripts. Appropriate ethical approval is required.
3. Contract period
Valid from signing for an initial six-month period, extendable for the project's length. Termination requires one week's written notice.
4. Terms
Eligibility 18+. Sensitive data must be treated within GDPR/PUL. Governing law: Sweden. Contact: sverker@talktoalba.com.
