TALK TO ALBA — DEMO USER LICENCE

2. Background
TTA provides AI tools for clinical psychology including AI clinical interview (AICI), transcription (AIT), assessment (AIA), conference (AIC), and CBT (AICBT).
3. Licence
TTA grants the Demo Partner a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access. The demo account may only be used with anonymised or fully de-identified data. No personally identifiable patient data may be uploaded.
4. Contract period & payment
Valid from signing until terminated with one week's written notice. Free for the first month from credentials issuance. Payment method provided via Stripe is securely stored and not charged during the trial. After 30 days, the saved card is charged 49 EUR per month. Cancel before trial end to avoid any charge by replying to the welcome email or contacting admin@talktoalba.com.
5. Terms
Eligibility 18+. Account holder responsible for password confidentiality. Sensitive private data must be treated within GDPR. Cannot be used on patients in clinical settings. Governing law: Sweden. Contact: sverker@talktoalba.com.
TALK TO ALBA — RESEARCHER USER LICENCE

2. Licence
TTA may be used for research following a research plan approved between TTA and the Researcher. Contact sverker@talktoalba.com to have the plan approved before starting data collection. Collected data is collectively owned by both parties. The Researcher has authorship rights on main manuscripts. Appropriate ethical approval is required.
3. Contract period
Valid from signing for an initial six-month period, extendable for the project's length. Termination requires one week's written notice.

2. What Alba Notes is
Alba Notes produces documentation from a session the clinician has recorded: notes, summaries and structured records. It does not assess, diagnose, screen, or propose a diagnosis, and it is not intended to inform a diagnostic or treatment decision. It is not a medical device.
3. The clinician owns the record
Every document is a draft for the clinician to read, correct and adopt. The clinician remains the author of the clinical record and is responsible for its accuracy.

TALK TO ALBA — ASSESSMENT (US) LICENCE

2. What this is, and what it is not
The software organises the source material under the DSM-5 criteria you are working from. For each criterion it sets out what the person actually said that bears on it, in their own words, and says plainly where the material contains nothing relevant. It is informational support for a licensed healthcare professional.
It does not state whether a criterion is met, count how many are satisfied, name a condition, rank conditions by likelihood, or give any probability. It is not a diagnosis, not a diagnostic tool, not a triage or urgency tool, and not a substitute for professional judgment. It is not CE marked and no notified body has assessed it.
3. The basis is shown so it can be checked
Every statement the software presents is shown with the point in the session it came from, so the licensed professional can go to the source and reach their own conclusion rather than rely on the software's arrangement of it. The software reaches no conclusion of its own. The professional retains full and exclusive responsibility for all diagnostic and treatment decisions.
4. Protected health information
Handling of protected health information, and any business associate arrangement required under HIPAA, is agreed in writing with TTA before credentials are issued.
5. Contract period & payment
Pricing is as shown when you selected this licence: a monthly fee per clinician, plus a fee for each actively assessed patient. Billing begins when credentials are issued. Termination requires one week's written notice.
